30th April - Water Polo

Well done to our KS2 water polo team who took part in a competition today. 

8th May - VE Day

Our children have enjoyed celebrating VE day today by wearing red, white and blue and taking part in lots of activities to commemorate the day. They even made some delicious scones!

15th May - Rounders 

Our year 3 and 4 children did amazingly well at the ATSA rounders tournament today coming in second place overall. Well done team!

1st May - Boomers and Swingers

Our Year Six golfers enjoyed the ATSA Competition at Astley Boomers and Swingers driving range today. Well done boys!

8th May - Footgolf

Our Year 4 children were excited to take part in the ATSA footgolf competition with other schools in our local area today.

Week beginning 12th May - Year 6 SATs

Our Year 6 children have worked their socks off this week to conquer their SATs. We are proud of each and everyone of them. Well done!

6th & 7th May - Anderton Centre

Our Year four children have enjoyed a fantastic two days residential visit to the Anderton Centre in Rivington. They took part in lots of outdoor activities; including archery, rafting and tree climbing. Their behaviour and attitude was a credit to them. 

9th May - Mobile Farm visit

Our Reception children have enjoyed a visit from the mobile farm today to help them understand more about farm animals as part of their topic.

Week beginning 19th May - Sports Days

Children throughout school have enjoyed competing in their sports days this week. WE had wonderful weather too! Well done to everyone involved.
